Jarrah Burl Spoon – 12 x 5.5 x 3 - leaving the jagged natural “free”
edge around the bowl this very large spoon uses Jarrah Burl to it’s
best advantage. The end of the spoon bowl curves back on itself almost
like a wave breaking. The handle ends with a triangle of natural burl
surface. A strong and deep bowled spoon.
Note: This spoon will be on exhibit at Blue Spiral 1, a wonderful
gallery
in Ashville, NC until September
30, 2011. The exhibition is entitled Wood
Moving Forward and includes the work of 14 wood artists from the
Southeast.
